Make a Difference
The Byron Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is made up of volunteers from our community who have a passion for providing quality resources to our school district. We host fundraising efforts each school year and the proceeds from each event go to our schools.
We believe that an organization is only as strong as its volunteers, which is why we are looking for passionate parents and guardians within the Byron School District and community to join the Byron PTO!
The following includes, but is not limited to, the many ways you can support the Byron PTO and our schools.
General Board Members attend monthly meetings, provide feedback to school representatives, and volunteer at PTO events.
Event Volunteers are members of the community who are not PTO board members, but want to help out. The Byron PTO organizes a variety of events throughout the year and is always looking for volunteers to help ‘man’ these events.
Community Event Participants are those who come out and support our schools through our events. Follow us on our social media channels to stay up-to-date on upcoming events!

Why Volunteer?
Being involved in the Byron PTO is a great way to support the strong and healthy connection between Byron families and our schools. You’ll gain insights into school activities, provide feedback to school representatives, and get to know the families in our community through PTO meetings and events to build relationships and connections. Most of all, be a support system for our teachers, staff, and students within the district. It’s a rewarding experience!
PTO Membership Request
Submit a PTO Membership Request to connect with us about PTO membership and volunteer opportunities. The mission of the Byron Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to promote the growth and development of our children in school, the community, and at home. Any parent, guardian, or other adult standing in place of a parent for a student within the Byron, MN school district can join!
